LEARNBIT

Terms of Service

The rules for LearnBit accounts, content, feature availability, rights and responsibilities.

Effective September 16, 2026

These terms apply to the service at getlearnbit.com, operated by an independent developer under the LearnBit name. By using the service, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, stop using it. Data practices are described separately in the Privacy Policy. Contact [email protected].

1. The service and eligibility

LearnBit provides language-learning tools, including media and reading assistance, saved words and sentences, notes, review and available translation, AI or speech assistance. Availability depends on the version, configuration, account entitlements and third-party services.

You must be eligible to use the service and enter into these terms under applicable law. LearnBit is not directed to children under 13. Follow any higher age or parental-consent requirement that applies in your location.

2. Accounts and security

Use an email address or Google account you are entitled to control, provide necessary and accurate information, and safeguard your login credentials. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized account use.

Google sign-in identifies your account. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete your LearnBit account or learning data. See the Privacy Policy for account deletion and data requests.

3. Your content and third-party materials

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in uploaded and original content. You grant LearnBit permission to process that content only as needed for the storage, synchronization, display, conversion, translation or analysis you request. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content or give us permission to publicly sell your private content.

Ensure that you have the rights or other lawful basis needed to upload, import and process content. Rights in third-party videos, podcasts, books, subtitles and other materials remain with their owners. LearnBit's tools do not replace or expand your permission to use those materials.

Follow source-platform rules and applicable law. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, paywalls or copyright-protection measures.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, access data without authorization, disrupt systems or abuse verification emails or other interfaces.

Do not use bulk automation, account sharing or account trading to circumvent quotas, security limits or stated usage conditions. We may reasonably limit, suspend or terminate activity that threatens the service or other users and explain the reason where feasible and legally permitted.

5. AI, translation and learning results

Automated tokenization, subtitles, translations, definitions, examples, analysis and speech processing may contain errors, omissions or contextually unsuitable results. Check important outputs against the original material. They are not professional advice or a guarantee of accuracy.

LearnBit does not guarantee examination scores, learning speed or particular educational outcomes. Features may change, become unavailable or stop when third-party providers, content sources or model services change.

6. Charges and entitlements

These terms alone do not authorize a charge. If you choose to buy paid features, applicable prices, duration, quotas, any automatic renewal and cancellation or refund conditions must be disclosed before purchase through the relevant purchase page or an express agreement.

We do not treat these terms alone as your consent to automatic renewal. Your mandatory refund, withdrawal and other consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact support with entitlement or payment questions.

7. Changes and interruptions

We will reasonably maintain the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or permanent availability of all content. Maintenance, networks, third-party services and events outside our control may interrupt the service.

Keep your own copies of important learning materials. If we decide to substantially discontinue the service or change core purchased entitlements, we will provide advance notice where reasonably feasible and legally required and address affected entitlements.

8. Stopping use and deleting an account

You may stop using the service and use the available account-deletion controls. Account deletion does not immediately physically erase every related record or backup. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We may suspend or terminate an account for serious violations, security risks or legal requirements. Where legally permitted and without worsening a risk, you may explain the circumstances and request a review through our support email.

9. Responsibility and disputes

You are responsible for the content you select, upload and use. The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give absolute guarantees concerning third-party content outside our control, service interruptions or AI errors.

These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or restrict rights granted by mandatory consumer, data-protection or other applicable laws.

If a dispute arises, first contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. Unresolved disputes are handled under applicable law and the dispute-resolution mechanisms with jurisdiction. These terms do not require you to waive statutory remedies.

10. Changes to these terms and contact

We may update these terms and their effective date to reflect service or legal changes. We will notify you or obtain necessary consent for material changes as required by law.

For accounts, content, entitlements, complaints or other service questions, contact [email protected].
